Amazing art and very casual experience. You can just visit or buy pieces and there are pieces that are affordable. There's also a print shop where you can get prints if the originals are out of your price range. 5/5 VERY beautiful artworks here, especially if you love ocean themes!

I loved visiting here. So many wonderful pieces of local artwork, of all mediums, and all available to just simply enjoy on site for free, or to purchase. There is a section in the back of donated artwork that is available to purchase on a donation basis. All proceeds help keep the art center open.

We loved it and bought a couple of things- will go back if in the area.

We stopped in to see what it was all about. We are not art people and my kids were not excited this was a stop. Once inside they were blown away at all the beautiful pieces. There are some very talented people in the Port Aransas area. The Art Center is very nice, everyone was friendly. There was a kids art class going on and it sounded like they were having a blast. We were told they rotate out the displays often. This will probably be a new stop on our summer vacations from now on.

I drove four hours just to see this month's art. Never a disappointment.

Breathtaking beautiful pieces! So many wonderful different mediums in this enchanting gallery, I couldn’t decide which one I liked the most. We were in a rush, so we couldn’t stay long. A wonderful shopping experience. The center is full of a myriad of artwork. Mixed media pieces as well as traditional paintings on canvas, board. Staff was very welcoming and very informative and accommodating. A definite must "go to" place while visiting Port Aransas, Tx. The glass of wine, upon entry, was a classy plus to an already top notch art center.

Talented artists display and offer for sale everything from paintings to jewelry to pottery to fibre arts. Staffed by friendly volunteer artists, we enjoyed a glass of wine during "Sip & Shop" (Fridays and Saturdays) and purchased both a gift and something for us as a reminder of our stay in Port A. Various classes are offered for all skill levels- sounds like fun for another visit!
