Janet Dineen has been creating mosaic art since the early 90’s. She has recently discovered these small tiles and has been having so much fun with them that she thought she should share in the joy of mosaic making. These little guys are no stress, just a little mess.
In this mosaic class, we will create either a mosaic mirror, heart or fish. You will learn to create a design, use tile cutting hand tools and mix and apply grout. All tools and materials will be provided. The small tiles that we will be using are perfect for beginners and good fun for experienced mosaic makers as well. After grouting, we will attach a hanger to the back so it will be ready for display. Plan on getting messy, especially during the grouting process. Please specify if you would like a mirror, heart or a fish for your project. It is going to be fun!
