The Port Aransas Art Center celebrates multiple approaches and points of view. The Art Center Board, staff and volunteers work together to ensure our nonprofit reflects the communities we serve. We value and respect diversity in age, gender, race, sexual orientation, physical or mental ability, ethnicity and perspective. We believe as a result of this perspective, nonprofits like ours are better organizations in the long run.
Early in its formation, the Port Aransas Art Center operated under different names, Art Center for the Islands, Inc. and Island Art Association, Inc. Those names are no longer valid. Only Port Aransas Art Center remains.
