Learn about pastels, a medium that straddles the line between painting and drawing to create a lustrous piece of artwork with bold colors and simple strokes. This introductory workshop will guide you from composition to color layering and blending as you discover this forgiving medium. We will be working with soft pastels and pastel paper. All supplies will be provided!!

 Karen is a contemporary acrylic, watercolor and pastel painter. Her goal is to reveal her vision of the world to others.
