The Port Aransas Art Center welcomes volunteers! Talented and committed volunteers are the backbone of the Art Center. Without them, we could not provide the artistic outlet and wide range of services that we do for the community.
As the Center grows, the need for dedicated volunteers is also growing.
Our greatest need for volunteers is for special events. Volunteer duties may include planning and organization as well as "working" at these events.
There may be other volunteer opportunities specific to your availability, background, experience, and related interests.
You might enjoy teaching one of our art classes. One favorite is, “Wine, Whine and Design,” an ongoing fundraising event for our new building. Students bring their beverage of choice and snacks and the Center provides the rest.
This is a relaxed, enjoyable art education event.
